After everything has been considered, you are ready to plot your schedule out.You can do fast-tracking and crashing for your schedule or map it using Gantt chart or Pert chart. The advantage of using charts is that you can easily identify the critical path. Tasks in a critical path are hard to adjust.

Schedule is best cut into phases. Make it a point to review your schedule. You need to cover all details for upcoming tasks. You need to be sure about everything before finalizing your schedule.
